An arrest for driving while intoxicated, whether it is your first offense or you have prior convictions is a serious matter. Whether you are facing incarceration for a criminal misdemeanor OWI or a criminal felony OWI charge depends on the circumstances of your case, including your driving record, whether there was an accident that caused injury, and whether there was a minor passenger under the age of 16 in your vehicle.

Thank you Michael for your knowledge and expertise in handling a difficult case. I could not be happier with the results. I would highly recommend you to anyone who needs representation involving overly aggressive police tactics. The use of quotas to guide policy should never be considered good policing. Accountability matters!!

Michael Hayes did amazing! Had an OWI charge against me. My case was dismissed due the judge seeing that the MCSO had no articulable belief that I had any signs of driving while under the influence and that no damages appeared on my vehicle as a caller had called and said I was in an accident. Attorney Hayes stuck around and believed in the case for a 7-8month stretch of answering any question my wife and I had. He believes in his work and his office reflects that. He has the knowledge and experience to help anyone with an OWI case against them.
