  Don Hamm and his team were 100% transparent with me and my sister during the entire process. We had just lost our mother and had to sell her home. The emotional baggage from that was unbearable but somehow Don made it easier. Everything he told me was 100% true, there were no snags, no setbacks, no hidden fees, nothing and they bought it as is. These are the real deal local kids that grew up here and purchasing these homes and for me no one else could compete with them they tried nobody came close. They will give you the best deal possible not only for you but also the community they live in. The next time I have to sell a house these are the only guys I will call.
