Daniel was our technician and he was extremely polite, efficient, and solved what’s been a challenge, undiagnosable issues that’s been going on with our furnace for a long time now.   I've been having Heatmasters come out for heating service on my home for decades. Service has always been great, and I am comfortable with their recommendations and pricing. Most recently, David did the servicing and did a fine job. Ended up needing and getting a new boiler, and though not a cheap project, it went well and I'm thorougly satisfied.

  Truly top-notch service from Abel. Once he diagnosed the problem he discussed repair options in a manner I could understand, then offered cost-effective options to fix it. Instead of rushing out the door he gave me a refresher course on how to set my digital thermostat for peak efficiency. I was impressed!
